I have three Ostmedalle's but this 65 has the most "personality". Along with the bubbling we often see there are also several lumps around the outer obverse rim and what appears to be a grain of sand embedded in the "1" in 1941 on the reverse.

That is indeed a very nice Ostmedaille you got there. Makes me want to look for another one too
