Theres so much conjecture on the Memels that I dare not show mine, especially on the maroon site. Everything that isn't a backwards 'G' gets shouted down as fake by the mob over there. Good luck in your search Nick.

Glenn,I agree with you on the differences of opinion on the letter 'G'.....it would be interesting to see how many out there were slanted/backwards Vs the upright 'G'...why would all the other letters be straight up and only the 'G' backwards?????????? maybe a bad setting of the letters before the medal being made???? bad letter die ????????? why would the German precision craftsman allow a crooked letter to pass un noticed ?????? if everything that isn't a backwards 'G' gets shouted down WHY ??????? any other ideas out there...........Dave H
