CMSgt. just for my education, What is the cross in the middle and also the eagle on the right?

It is a beautiful ribbon bar and the mini's just tops this off!!!!

The cross is a WWI era Wurttemberg Friedrich Order, (Knight) second class with swords and the Eagle is a Silesian Eagle. Both very nice and collectable medals.

Medal chains were worn on the lapels of civilian evening dress in a steeply downward-slanting way. Thus the order of precedence is not actually left-to-right, but top-to-bottom.

It's the same with full-size medal bars mounted in the Frackspange style, which were worn on the left breast of male evening dress, where the cut of the tailcoats with their wide lapels did not allow for the normal straight, horizontal mounting. The more medals they held, the steeper the mounting was. Two- or three-place bars were almost horizontal, while very long bars were almost vertical.

(However, this principle was not universally followed in the case of the medal chains, which can also be found mounted in the normal left-to-right order.)

Anyway, a great grouping!
