Mutter Kreuz dated Dec 1938

Purchased this Mothers cross today it looks to me to be good nicely dated on the back there is a small chip out of the white enamal on the top right hand side of the cross but I had to have it for my collection anyway. Can any one tell me what the mark is on the back just under the date any and all comments welcome.
