My German/American Medal WWII Haul

Hey guys i just recently got this stuff from my friend all for around $60. Sorry for the bad photos i dont have my good camera. I actully left some things at his house including what i think is a japanese WWII dog tag and some roman coins but i will get those in the beggining of April because hes going on vacation for spring break. I need some help with some of the American items including the Driver medal one and the red white and blue bar.

The Driver badge with a 'W' is for Wheeled vehicles. If it has a code of
letters and numbers on the back, it is rather modern piece.

Great haul - I especially like the helmet plate.........!

My first thought on the ribbon bar is a Philippine Unit Citation for the navy that is missing the frame because of its smaller size compared to the others, however there are quite a few national guard unit awards that have red, white, and blue bars well. Hope that helps!

Yeah i still have more items that i forgot to bring lol. The thing that i though was funny that he has an S.S honor dagger with its original hanger and is like in perfect condition. He thought is was worth less because one of the latches on the hanger broke off. My mouth dropped and i laughed because he dosent know that the dagger is worth to up to 1k lol.
