The EKII looks a little suspect as a whole, but having said that, it can be hard to determine these days.

The one thing that does interest me is the eagle stamp to the rear of the medal packet. There is no continuing line across the flap, pre allocation. A best guess would offer a later stamp added by someone else, if original packet at all.

Any chance of a closeup of the maker name on the envelope.

That's cool your envelope has some markings on it! I have an envelope of the same color for a 1914 EK 2, with absolutely no markings, exept for some unlegible pencil writing. No stamps. Paper or Iron, still exciting nontheless!
