I do have to thank an "Every little helps" store who supplied all the box frames, the biggest was only £9 and without them it would have cost me a small fortune just on that side.

A few dedicated hours here and there for the mounting and a few lengths of fishing line to hold them in place is only what these medals deserve to be shown at their finest.

Nicely done Stefan! Everything looks great framed up and very cleanly done too.

If I may offer a small observation, I would do something with the ribbon in the frame arrowed below. I don't know if it slipped or has been put in at an angle but the rest all looks so well done with straight lines and precisely placed, this one looks out of place.......?

I was stuck between straight or angled but the ribbon was crying out to be displayed the latter and I didn't want to alter the original folds.

Designers eh!

But now you've got me thinking I may have to ponder that possible predicament.

I have asked before, put an ad in the classifieds and asked a few dealers but without any joy.

Does any one have a half decent Luftwaffe button for sale? I would like to replace to one on this display which was an original but badly resprayed and the few that I have brought on fleabay were not good enough.
