Need opinions on a Luftwaffe item

Hi guys, this badge is on an online auction.. I was wondering if this is real and worth anything? Seller says its a Luftwaffe ribbon eagle emblem (complete with 2 flat pins). Any comments or opinions appreciated!

I believe this is a ribbon emblem for a Luftwaffe 12 Year Long Service Medal,
which is gilt or gold colour. It should be only about 12 to 15mm long.

Cannot say if it is original or not, but it does have good detail for such
a small insignia. It should not be too expensive though - $10 or
$15 perhaps.............?

Thank you Steve. The price is about $28 but its sure to go up as the auction gets close to the end. Think I might skip this one

It has been written that these service medals are not complete without
the device on the ribbon, so there must be someone out there who
really needs it !

I have one which is attached to a single medal, but I have no way
to post photos at the moment.................

Here is one to compare. I don't see why these would be faked. It looks ok but at $28, it seems excessive.
