The item is for sale on a Czech auction site. I am sure that it is the exact same piece, box too.

You're welcome Eddy. I noticed the tiny white mark on the edge of the adler on the box and I thought to myself..."now where have I see that before...?"
Anyway, it may or may not resurface in the future so at least we can identify it if somebody tries to pass it off as an original award.
