A shame that the metal used in these medals was so poor and low grade, as they are, actually, an extremely attractive design. It would have been interesting to see, for example, a nice Tomback used instead, but no such luck. As for the medal posted, I am seeing nothing amiss with it and it is nice to see a specimen in fine condition! Good find!

I also like it. I see nothing out of line with it.
I have all of the Ost Volk medals. Some are in envelopes and some cased.
I like them!
