Disregard the last picture that is a different krim shield that I did not mean to post and I cant fingure out how to get rid of it!

Can anyone comment on the authenticity?
It looks good to me. As Bob says an unusual one, which adds to it's desirability, being different from the run of the mill types. As he says, it shows the traits of original pins, most fakes don't have the same small backplate or twisted/knurled shank that are atypical to these little badges. I like it a lot!
