Any opinions on this police 25 year loyal service medal would be welcome, seems to be in good shape to me, but any observations are appreciated.

medal an bar look ok but not happy with ribbon,wrong color motif.

This could be the light, it is actually very yellow/gold, but doesn't look that way so much in the picture!
