Hi guys,

I have been offered this Police Service medal as part of a group lot of items.

I have compared it to original examples and the font and characteristics of the text on the rear appear to match. What do you think about it?

Not seeing any red flags jumping out, but what are the 2 holes in the ribbon?

Looks ok to me also. It's good that the small punctures
or tears in the ribbon are not as noticeable from the
front. Maybe a small badge was attached there
at one time ?

As well, the ribbon should have a police eagle and
wreath in white embroidered on the front.........

Most likely it has been attached with a needle or something similar by the collector/ seller

It´s probably a ribbon for the civil servant cross. But its LS-blue so it works anyway...
