Question on Ostmedaille

Hello,

I have this ostmedaille, it has a "60" mark on the ring (I've checked the ostmedaille database and it should be a Katz & Deyle medal). It comes with a pouch (and the name on the reverse seems just Katz & Deyle).

What's your thoughts about this medal?
