Rare Mutterkreuz clasp in bronze.

I finally managed to acquire a rare example of the Mutterkreuz clasp in bronze. I've been looking for one of these for years (seemingly) but at last I have one. A private purchase piece but unmarked it measures 21.88mm high and 55.20 long.
I just need a silver and gold now......

This would have been a privately purchased item from an LDO outlet/jeweller as only the full sized medals on the long ribbon are award pieces. Mothers who were entitled to wear a Mutterkreuz would buy these other variations of cross from their own pocket to wear on everyday occasions. On formal occasions the full sized award would be worn.
