Seems o.k. to me.But isn't that an EK2 ribbon? In unissued condition by the looks of it. Is the suspension ring split or soldered? Is there a number stamped on the ring and there should be a horizontal pin sewed on the reverse of the ribbon if it was o.k, which I think not. Finally, how much is being asked for this item?
Regards, Ned.

Hi Ned, thanx for replying. The suspension ring is split and I did not see a number on the ring.. There is no horizontal pin on the ribbon, its only the ribbon. The price is aroung $286..
I've seen these going for between 300-350 Euro's but with the correct ribbon. I would reccomend you wait for Adrian or Nick to give their opinions before you do anything else.
Regards, Ned.

Having had a closer look around, the ribbon may be o.k. I'm not sure if it's original though....

I'm with Ned, the medal is original, doubts on the ribbon.

As Ned says, I'd like to hear from Ade and Nick as well.
I think these should be mm'd on the lower rim.
Ribbon is a replacement for sure..........

Steve.
I think there is usually a number on the ring that i.d's the maker, I've seen '30' a couple of times, but maybe some weren't marked at all?
