Don't know what it is, but I think this is a foreign decoration. (Perhaps Romanian or Bulgarian?)

i still want to know what it is, i thought the ribbon for the king ludwig medal but the center stripe looks different
Just found out what it is !
Its the Romanian Order of the Crown ribbon, second type.

I was looking at those medals the other day when you posted Nick. It was the only ribbon that came close but I couldn't find it with swords, have you found a comparable ribbon or medal with swords?
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
No, I posted the question on other forums and this was the answer that came back. I still cant find a picture of it though

It is romanian WW1 medal i have seen it a few months ago on a ribbon bar i will be back to ya...
