OK...another round of bad photos

But has someone ever seen something like this before? It is quite large and while the photo's stink. It is in near perfect shape.

I'm not liking the rinky dinky pin set up.

Don't know if this is a fantasy items.

There is an identical Badge for sale at the german"LOMAX MILITARIA" - site for 40 Euro.
it is posted as an " ältere Sammleranfertigung" ( = older item made for collector).

So it seems to be a postwar fantasy item.

Thanks! Exactly the same down to the "die" flaws in the lettering. Not sure what that means but I would assume a fantasy item

i can tell what it means. It reads:

1938 / SA- GRUPPENWETTKÄMPFE /GRUPPE HOCHLAND / FÜR TREUE DIENSTE

that is in english:

1938 /SA GROUP-COMPETITION / GROUP HOCHLAND / FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE

This fantasy badge is very obviously insipred by the " Eichenlaub" & "Schwert" of the " SA - Sportabzeichen.

I believe the central badge is based on a tinnie,
but the whole thing looks contrived.........
