Hello and welcome to the forum!
Sorry, but it does not match any known makers that I am able to reference.
I do not really study these but there are other members who will be able to assist you for sure. Please wait for other opinions.

imo a cast brass fake.lots of pitting.
Fake
Warm Regards,
Justin
Kind of looks like it's trying to be a Schwerin piece, but this isn't an item I've studied yet. All the Schwerin's I'm finding have horizontally placed pins, whereas this one is vertical. I don't know if Schwerin only made horizontal pins or not though, that's just what I'm seeing. I'm probably not much help here, but perhaps this inspires a thought.
I agree with Harry.
It is a cast fake.Poor detail, extensive pitting on the reverse, incorrect basemetal, reverse hardware that matches no other known original.
Sorry to say,it is not good.
Cheers,Martin.
Valeri,
Welcome to the forum.
As noted above. A poor copy. Wish I had a picture of mine to post so you can compare but don't. A quick search through the treads will give you some good examples to compare it to. As noted, the base metal is all wrong and details not up to originals.
Have you bought this? Or thinking of buying. If bought, try to get a refund. If you can't, hope you didn't spend too much money. But if it is any consolation, we have all been there and got bitten once, twice or 10x's.

I have it for many years. I also always a little doubt as to the authenticity. I got it from a family of veteran S52 i.d. 5.Schnellboot-Flottille in Brandenburg, together with other awards, documents and photographs. When it was a substitution.
