Re: Spanish cross ........................... real?
From the reverse pic I would say fake also but unless the seller can produce better photos I would walk away.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

Re: Spanish cross ........................... real?
I agree that it is impossible to tell from these pictures. As has been said already,if the seller will not give you better pictures give it a miss as thats a sure sign it,s either a fake or he,s not sure about it himself! Stay on the side of caution.

Re: Spanish cross ........................... real?
I am going to look at this badge in a few days. The seller doesn't even know what it is, he just said he has a German pin for sale. The seller does antiques, estate buy outs etc. He didn't or doesn't really know where to go with it, so a fellow antique guy thought of me..... we shall see, i am not even sure i can tell, but i will snap better pics!

The sword blades appear to be a different width from each other at the tips?

Re: Spanienkreuz mit Schwerten........real?
Looks bad - even with the blurry reverse pic, the catch
looks like a 'roller' type.........
