Spanienkreuz, Spanish cross.

Hey guy's( and girls!),
I would like some comments on thise example, that always have been on my list.
Prefered one with swords, but lets start with thise one, if found ok.

So we had Maria for a visit..., .....the whole script of the Battle of Britain...., a lot of SS stuff....
BUT no answer to thise question!!??
Are those not Spanish crosses not that popular, or is it just a obvious fake??

interesting and fairly rare piece seeing as how if estimates are correct less than 9,000 were awarded. This one looks to be in pretty nice condition. I'm assuming we've already determined it's authenticity. Great addition to any collection!!

It looks like it has a chance the Spanish cross in Bronze without swords had a total production of 7,869 made. The ones I have seen that are similar have the lower part of the swastika filled in like the upper part is on this example, or all of them filled. This may be a concern or just a variation in makers. The known markings under the clasp are ,
unmarked,
4,
L/11,
L/12,
L/13,
L/16,
L/21,
and L/52,

Sure thing I am not an expert on these but out of curiosity does this one have a maker mark? Maybe you can compare it to other examples with the same markings.
