Spanish medal bar with Eagle Order 3rd class?

I was offered this interesting medal bar, but I don't know much about spanish made medal bars... I'm assuming that is what this is?

Can anyone tell me if this grouping is authentic or perhaps has some issues?

Gents, in my opinion a perfectly good and original medal bar.....of course they are Spanish made medals, and therefore are a little inferior in quality to German made medals especially the Order of the German Eagle ...typical Spanish mounted bar with gold coloured clasp type device along the top, this is a feature of almost all of Spain's medals with a ribbon. They are from left to right.....
Naval Cross of Merit, Long Service Cross, Russian Campaign medal, Military Cross of Merit and finally Order of the German Eagle 3rd Class.
Great set.....Having spent the last 10 years visiting Spain to see my parents, I have developed an interest in the Spanish Civil War and related period.
