Thoughts on Ehrenkreuz der Deutsche Mutte, Bronze or gold?

Hello everyone, It was brought to my attention that these two crosses I have may bronze and not gold. And the miniature may be bad. What are your thoughts?

The larger cross is definitely a bronze example. As is the miniature, I believe.

Both are bronze for sure.

The gold miniature is actually a fake bronze version.
Compare with an original gold miniature.
Look at the overall shape of the rays, the one you posted is more round, whereas the overall shape of an original is more of a square.
