It's not a "war medal", but the Treudienst-Ehrenzeichen [Faithful Service Award] for 25 years in the public sector/civil service.

It looks good.

We don't do valuations, but this is a very common decoration.

A quick search on dealer sites will reveal the relative value. Now that you know it is authentic and has been identified it should be easy to find. NH

I see these cased 25 year Treudienst-Ehrenzeichen starting at 45 Euros by Phillip Militaria and elsewhere...I would never pay more than $50 myself...A good value for the money as they display very well...
