Sorry this is a fake Schwerin U-Boat badge. I haven't seen this pin set-up on Schwerin U-Boat badges.

Unfortunately Cameron is correct, this is a fake badge. Schwerin didn't make a horizontal pin U-Boot badge. This also looks like it should be zinc and in this case you won't find a marked zinc Schwerin U-Boot so please let the seller know it's a fake and don't buy it.

I also loaded your photos to the forum from imageshack. It's always best to do this so the thread remains useful even if the photos are deleted from the hosting site.
