Believe it is bad. I could find no Uboot badge with that hinge/pin hardware. Well the pin anyway. Plus it's marked "?? SOHN" which I have never seen.

Unless there is some updated reference material showing this badge....I would let this one "float away"

I agree with Real Steel.
This is a very poor copy of a u boat badge.
I don't even know which maker they have based it on.

A poor fake based on the Schickle design.

I cannot make out the mark on the reverse.

It says "DESCHLERSOHN"...

They also show up marked "MUNCHEN 9" with no umlaut...The grotesquely long forward gun on these suggests the maker was overcompensating for something...
