I would like to know your opinions. Most of the medals is not marked, Iron crosses are not marked too, assault badge is marked as WH, badge for the Wound (zinc) is marked with L-21 and the silver is "30". Any suggestions on iron crosses-who made them , orginal or not?. DRL badge is a silver- but wiped.

I found this forum Photo Badges wounds with the number 30, this number is convex. On my picture is concave. So my badge is a copy?. Walkwolf wrote that he liked. What do I think about it. The number on my is located on the middle in this picture next to it is below the center. What do you think about it.

All items look ok from the pics. I always thought Wound badges marked '30' should have the raised type mark, maybe someone else can comment on this.
The EK2 on the left in the pics is possibly a '123', the other I'm unsure about but some better pics could help with all the items.

Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

The "3" looks a little off on the left to me. But I'm not an expert on these. Just give it some time and the forum will help you out.

No problem with the 30 marking. On early buntmetal badges these were stamped in, not raised.

    Thanks for confirming Ade.

The dates on the second EK2 are reminding me of a Meybauer but I can't check for sure right now.

John, your Infantry Assault badge is a very nice " Walter & Henlein " (note the distinctive rounded "W") a maker from Gablonz, then (WW2) in the Sudetenland, now Jablonec in the Czech Republic, an area famous for its inoventive method of producing EK's. You have a great little collection there ! thanks for showing.
    Prost ! Steve.
