I am sorry Stewy, as far as I know its a OM 13 with a dye/stamp flaw in the maker mark.
I know its pictured in Saschas but it is IMO another error.

Try to compare it with a OM 13, you will see, a very decisive hint in the "double berry" on the Wreath on the back side.
The OM 13 is the only OM with 2 berries in stead of 1 to the left of the Wreath.

There has never (as far as I know) been a Pouch found for the OM 73, I guess you got another OM 13

Yeah I read the title
But I saved my lazy ass some time and combined a PM with the reply here, only to discover when I posted it, that is was somewhat confusing and not in context.
