I have this same one. It is a fake.
The obverse photos leave much to be desired, Among other things, the talons are wrong. The claws on IMME come down much further into the swastika.

But I'm still learning these so wait for others. I am always happy when I wrong and something turns out to be good

thanks for your thoughts. alot of these badges take a great deal of study. the fakes are very convincing..
Reverse maker mark appears to be incorrect as well. The B in Berlin should have a flat bottom. I'm learning and don't study fakes but I'm sure others will be around to provide more insightful details. I'm just comparing to a few originals and not liking what I see (plus as noted, I think I have the same one.)by castle

Michael is correct in his opinions regarding this badge, it's a known fake and one of those most often seen. Just a look at the reverse of the wreath shows the rough, pitted finish so typical in cast badges. The case also appears to be bad, an example known as the 'Lattice case' design, but pic's of the outside showing the text are required to be certain. Here's another slightly better finished example of the same fake badge as both shown above.
