I got a same eagle today. The quality is lower than the other eagle's above. I think it's home made fake.

Besides the general finish, the main fault remains that the lugs used for mounting the eagle are too thick for a genuine J&Z piece, and there should be four, ergo it's fake.
Edit: Looking more closely, the text seems to be impressed rather than cast in raised letters as per genuine ones, another red flag.
