Looking to get Panzer officer's hat id'd and maybe sold

Hello, I have a WWII German Panzer officer's hat along with the original owner's Iron Cross medal (War Merit Cross with swords) as well as a photograph of him. I tried to get it ID'd on Reddit but was told this is the best place to go for that. I'm also willing to sell, but it appears that I have to be approved first before I can post on the relevant forums.
