It is not Russian, it is Bulgarian.

With my little knowledge I agree with Frundsberg, it's Bulgarian. Has it's own deceptive tone, usually the common use of the letter "Ъ" gives it away.
Can one of you kind people please post the title of the two magazines? I don't have a Cyrillic keyboard and I can't get even a Google translate version in English. The titles in English or Bulgarian that I can copy & paste into Google translate. I can see what they are about by the images. This would be helpful to an education project I am working on.

I think the Second one or Решителнитъ морски сражения на: британската флота is not German. From the photos it covers the British attack on Taranto with a focus om British officers that was a British victory. Which happened in Nov 1940 and Bulgaria declared war on the United Kingdom on 13 December 1941. So I think it is a British publication to sway Bulgarian public opinion to a pro-British position.
