It was in reference to a millionare catchphrase used in Only Fools and Horses, an English comedy tv programme.
Derek (Del or Delboy), would always tell his younger brother Rodney (Rodders) "One day I'm going to be a Millionaire".

Hence me laughing my arse off, no offence meant of course, just my dry sense of humor.

You are right - it is not so easy to get Reichsmarks or any other WWII or other old artifacts any more. So this price sounds fair enough.
