I have severe doubts about this item. It appears to be a copy not originally printed on a press. Perhaps Kris(stukaF) could take a look as he knows his stuff regarding this kind of thing.
Also the aging appears poorly done, a quick wipe over with a damp tea bag or rag soaked in coffee grounds and your done.It's nothing like real foxing. Finally the paper sheet, not a single fold, crease, tear or any wear round the edges after over 60 odd years. Not for me i'm afraid!
