Neuburg is a town in the state of Bavaria, Germany and the translation for in aller Welt is around the world... so if its in 1940 some sort of propaganda to take the world or just some random advertisement.

or how wiki puts it: Neuburg an der Donau, literally Newcastle on the river Danube, is a town which is the capital of the Neuburg-Schrobenhausen district in the state of Bavaria in Germany

Looks like medicine comercial. Aspirin or something like that.
Probably a big sign on its way to be mounted on a city buliding.

I think it's part of a parade as well but the circle is in the shape of a cog/gear. Probably a labor parade float??
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated

    Almost certainly.

Sorry Trond & Chris; but that is neither an Aspirin nor the KdF logo.

Surely, the theme of this display is the export of a local product to numerous foreign customers. The product is very likely the specific type of silicious earth found near Neuburg (Neuburger Kieselerde), which has a number of industrial usages and has been commercially mined for a long time.

Could this still be true if it was indeed taken in 1940? Several of the countries on there wouldn't have been exporting from Germany in 1940.

The question is: Where does the 1940 date come from and how exact/reliable is it?
