Would someone have an idea of what the roman letters and number might indicate in the frames around this ausweis?

they look like from -to- date marks , i think ?, cheers ian

But what about the L and the V?

i think?? L would mean from and V to , or the other way round ,so you would tick L1 - from the 1st and then V 10 - to the 10th , thats what it apears to be , but then , ? cheers ian
