I believe this to be a propaganda poster but dont know what it says or how it was used. Is it rare etc...? Thank you very much for your help.

It's the Wochenspruch (Weekly Quote) issued by the Nazi Party...not too hard to find, meaning if you look for it you'll have little trouble finding these...I've seen these sold from $20-$50 each, depending on the quote used and the attractiveness of the propaganda art..
