Guys,

Got this on Sunday, swapped for my old mess uniform, I think I got the better deal as I won't need it anymore.

Book has some excellent photos of the building in pre war years (1939).

It also has a large fold out map of the building and plans.

wow ! the best Reichskanzlei Book

one seller in Eb.... have a lot of frame with beautiful color pic of Reichskanzlei , i think last year , i buy one , but i have no idea , this pic come from this book , after i receive i look on the bottom and i see the page number ! totally crazy

i think the seller ,scrap the book , for sale the picture , one by one, framed

Day off tomorrow, I will do more pics in daylight without flash. Seems sad someone would destroy a nice book to sell it in pieces! Just shows you the power of money...

It is a quality item, I don't know why it was made but I guess purely propaganda and I suppose they didn't have Sky News and had to spread the word in other ways? It makes the whole of the buildings look very impressive. Like I said I will post some photos tomorrow but some prelim googling seems to indicate that the book exists in reprint post war with an 'after the battle' type theme.

Last lot, I like the photo of the set tables in the restaraunt area.

There are more photos but less interesting corner of buildings, brick detail, granite pattern etc.
