This piece requires a hands on examination by a neutral document expert. No one can offer a legitimate appraisal of this piece from a limited photograph found on line. I certainly would not want such an item in my collection. It is sad the monster escaped justice at the end of a rope. He died a free man. He was hunted but still free and never was made to atone for his crimes.
