Cool document and good that it's signed and dated in Libya. The bau units are not something you see very often, I think. Very nice document

That is a great deal for you (depending on how much you paid for the citation of course.) While Rommel signed citations are fairly scarce (but not rare) they usually sell for between 6-800 Euros (although if glued to a board then they will be worth less), and while I know nothing about helmets I think Fallschirmjager ones go for over 2,000 Euros.
