Fallschirmjäger of LL. Sturm Rgt with British helmets

FJ of Sturm Rgt in 1st pattern jump smocks who have some members dressed in Zeltbahn and British helmets for the last training exercise before the jump on Crete. My scanner is broken, but you can slightly see the falling comet/star emblem of Sturm Rgt on the cars fender in the background. Again, sorry for the awful pics at this time, but still worth a share imo

A cigarette out of the corner if the mouth for all the Tommies, or are those "colonials" they will face on Crete, like a German comic stereotype. An interesting photo.
