Fantasy Date on Award Certificate for Mother's Cross?

On the theme of dodgy certificates, and following the two I posted earlier, I've seen this one. The date (20 Mai 1945) seems to be fantasy but the seller says it had been typed up and was due to be awarded but then war ended, so it was not. Hmm... The large embossed eagle/wreath looks quite good – do fakers have these at their disposal now?

The document is original and you can find them dated for after the end of the war. There was one on here a month or so ago.
They were pre printed in anticipation of an award ceremony which never happened.
I would have no problem buying it.
