    Yes he did, Todd, and yes it was. I was extremely tempted to bid on it. If I had taken just One more pill, I likely would have and would probably be divorced by now...It went disgustingly Cheap, however, and I'll likely regret Not purchasing it, although my Wife is the better of the deal, I have to say.
    No, the 1925 editions are about the earliest published that I am aware of. The Ambers were put out much later in 1939 and were special hand made pieces for high celebrity and honored recipients as gifts. As far as I've ever heard, they were not available to the general public for purchase.

    Looks like the early 30s signatures are the closest!...
