Hi everyone, this is from my collection. I think the frame is from ww2 era, it was common thing. On stamp is written 33. division (i think so). Where was located that division and who is generalmajor? What is J.R.115?

J.G 115 was part of Infantry division 33. The signature could be Lieutenant general Rudolf Sintzenich. Stewy
