German award?

Had a gamble at this today was cheap enough from a good source no idea what it is can anyone help with what it is i guess its an award with oak leaves???

DRL Sports Competion award for War Year 1941. The oak leaf is just the traditional winners emblem.

This one, as you can see was never issued.

One more quick note on these...they can be found with a bronze, silver & gold oak leaf inside. Just like any other award the bronze was the lowest classification level and gold was the highest.
