Default Graf Spee officer issued passport?

My understanding is that selected Graf Spee officers from the Argentinian internment camps were given escorted leave to visit consular officials in neighboring countries during negotiations connected with the internment of German crew and officers. The passport here was issued to Officer Martin Kelke...

Martin Kelke was an Oberbootsmannmaat rather than an outright officer. The Argentine crew listing compiled when the men were interred lists him with a Date Of Birth of 29 July 1912 and is listed in the group for Aspiring Officers.
I have heard that some Graf Spee crew members were given leave after providing a guarantee to return but I can't confirm the truth in that but it is entirely possible.

From what I understand, the passport comes from a small archive of interment documents, Argentinian issued ID's as well. This one has the original photo taken off and another one, from the time, pasted instead. All 3 existing passports have different officials going over them and several people issued this, due to bureaucracy I presume.

I've seen slips of paper for sale before claiming to be 'Leave' slips of paper for those Germans in internment but they looked quite easy to fake so whether they were original or not I couldn't say although reportedly there was someone at the 2013 SOS selling a fair amount of faked Graf Spee prisoner paperwork.

This is one of the 46 'Word of Honour' slips of paper that was listed for sale in May 2015 - notice the name! Why an Argentine document would have a Graf Spee stamp though I have no idea.

On the HWM Forum ( Historical War Militaria Forum ) there is a Moderator who has studied & researched the Graf Spee for years. Maybe he can clarify. He goes by the Username of Agustin V (real name Sepp).

Have added images of the 2nd passport, but I have some BUTS....

The images have been replaced by old images, but the originals have been removed; ink coloring is different and the section for "particulars" has stating that he is from the Graf Spee and looks odd, still, the document seems old, but I have some odd feelings...any ideas and help?

It looks like the photos used have been taken/cut from the crew photos that the Argentines took upon internment as shown with this page showing the holder of the second passport.
