You could write an email to the city hall in Wallerfing explaining your request (in english should be fine).
Usually there are churchly documents about family names, marriage, children.......
I'm quite sure they won't give you a list of names and adresses due to privacy reasons but they might be willing to ask members of the family still living nearby if they're interested in contacting you.
I did the same while reaserching a specific WW2 bataillon lost in Stalingrad and got in contact with a living 98 year old veteran of this unit. It was quite a unique feeling talking to this person!

This is the homepage of the city Wallerfing: Wallerfing - Gemeinde Wallerfing
The contact to the city hall (Rathaus) would be

    Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Oberpöring
    -Gemeinde Wallerfing-
    Niederpöring 23 (Schloss)
    94562 Oberpöring
    Telefon: 09937 / 9505 - 0
    Fax: 09937 / 9505 - 50
    E-Mail: poststelle@vgem-oberpoering.bayern.de

the registration of address office (Einwohnermeldeamt) has the direct email: angela.siebauer@vgem-oberpoering.bayern.de

Herblfing is a small district of Wallerfing, meaning it has no seperate address or city hall...... the administration is in Wallerfing.
You have to use the contacts given in my earlier post.

    he came from miesbach.
    And he was a soldier.
