John it's not one i'm familar with but it must be Knights Cross winner Hans Bockh-Behrens as he was a GenLt and was commanding the 32 ID at this time.
From Sept 24th to october 24th he was Fuhrer of L Armee Korps but was back with the Division when this doc was signed.
