not much else then what you expect to see on a wanted poster.
The government is offering the money to anyone who might help find or arrest the murder(s) of Heyndrich...
The poster is pointing out what happened who Heyndrich was , who is paying, etc....

On 27 May 1942, the Höherer SS- und Polizeiführer beim Reichsprotektor in Böhmen und Mähren has already offered a reward of 10,000,000 Crowns for the apprehension of the perpetrators.
The government of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia offers an
additional reward of
10,000,000 Crowns
for the apprehension of the perpetrators.
