Himmler and another signature?

Any ideas on these papers, who issued them and for what?
Are they OK? should I take them?

It looks to have all the little counter marks and chain of administration and command initials that a person likes to see on any Himmler document. This one looks good to me-what are they asking for it, and can we see a photo of the other signature?

The Himmler doc has another sig's at the bottom.
Can these 2 be identified?

Unfortunately, the photo is not enlarging, but it should not be too difficult, I would think, to find out who was Hitler's SS Personal Adjutant in October of 1942 and figure out the signature as belonging to one of them.

The Himmler paper is from 1940 and the other is from October of 42. I can see no connection, aside from them both being related to the SS.

I've done alot of genealogy and can Usually decipher most old handwriting, but this SS man's signature is beyond even a best guess. They may have been the "elite" guys, but this officer writes like a Gorilla....
